Cook

As a Cook at Guiding Hands, you'll help prepare meals for our little ones.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, healthy menu items and deliver to classroom-based on snack and lunch schedule
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment per procedure and childcare licensing requirements
• Maintains the inventory of food items and prepares grocery list for ordering
• Works with the teacher and leadership teams by communicating and contributing information on a continuous basis
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool environment
• Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
• Shows initiative; strong work ethic
• High school diploma

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

At Guiding Hands Christian Academy and Childcare, it is important that each person that enters our doors are shown God's love.
