Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client to support a highvisibility, missioncritical initiative. This Scrum Master will play a key role in driving execution and delivery outcomes across teams. The role requires a seasoned agile delivery and planning resource to establish standard agile practices, strengthen planning and execution rigor, and provide actionable, datadriven insights. Success in this role will enable predictable delivery, effective capacity management, and alignment to a featurebased release cadence while improving operational maturity at scale. This person will work closely with the Operations Lead to drive this infrastructure proejct.

Compensation: $55-70/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ Years as an established Scrum Master within a large enterprise environment (GOV / Defense industry specific highly preferred)
- Experience supporting infrastructure automation / DevOps teams delivering automation solutions (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, automation operations)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security configuration workflows
- Demonstrated experience leading agile delivery and programlevel planning across multiple teams
- SAFe Agile experience
- Strong, practical expertise in Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and reporting
- Proven ability to establish and enforce backlog management, sprint planning, and tasklevel tracking
- Deep understanding of agile delivery metrics, including velocity, throughput, cycle time, capacity, and predictability
- Experience managing crossteam dependencies and supporting coordinated delivery efforts
- Handson Power BI experience building delivery, capacity, and executivelevel dashboards
- Ability to translate delivery data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams and leadership without formal authority
- PMP / CSM / RTE certifications
