Mental Health Occupational Therapist - Full-Time (Portland, OR)
This is a full-time, salaried opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who wants to specialize deeply in clinical mental health.
Compensation: $72,000-$84,000 annually, depending on experience and ability to independently manage a full caseload.
At Holistic Community Therapy, we provide structured, community-based and virtual mental health services for adults. Our work involves comprehensive assessment, clinical formulation, and functional treatment of complex mental health presentations within an insurance-based outpatient model.
Fewer than 5% of OTs in the U.S. specialize in mental health. This role is designed for someone committed to building that level of depth.
Our client population includes individuals from historically marginalized communities. We value cultural humility, lived experience, and clinicians who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
ABOUT YOU
You are not looking for "just another OT job."
You want depth. Responsibility. Mastery.
Please apply only if the following describes you:
- You demonstrate deep integrity. You are transparent, ethically grounded, and clinically disciplined. You follow policies and payer standards consistently.
- You are accountable. You take ownership of your caseload, documentation, decisions, and outcomes.
- You are self-directed. You take responsibility for your professional development and have a reliable process for problem-solving.
- You engage fully in supervision and integrate constructive feedback into your clinical work.
- You have a demonstrated commitment to clinical mental health practice. This role involves comprehensive assessment, clinical formulation, and functional treatment of complex mental health presentations within an insurance-based outpatient model.
- You thrive in a fully remote work model. You maintain structure, manage your time well, and take initiative to build connection within a virtual team environment.
If you are seeking a generalist or wellness-based role, this is not the right fit.
