Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Prepares all dietary and food items for patients, cafeteria and guests, considering and planning for diet modifications; Prepares, sets up and serves catered functions as assigned; Assists in overall department cleaning, sanitation and safety; Develops and prepares food per department guidelines; Must perform a number of activities on a computer to retrieve dietary information about the patients
