* Experience formatting documents and creating tables
* Ability to manage workload effectively with competing deadlines and priorities
* Ability to gather, coordinate, and compile data as needed for special projects
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
* Experience working in web content management systems (i.e. GATO) Preferred Qualifications * Experience working at a college or university
* Knowledge of Texas State University policies and procedures and organizational structure
* Experience working in Concur and SAP
* Ability to navigate in databases and in back-end websites
* Experience with online foldering systems Job Description Responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Accreditation Job Duties * Compose, type, and proofread correspondence and reports
* Schedule meetings and maintain calendar for the Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Accreditation
* Maintain and track files and corresponding deadlines
* Answer telephone, screen and transfer calls, take messages, greet guests, refer to other offices as appropriate
* Process travel arrangements, reimbursements, invoices and supply orders
* Provide technical support as needed
* Manage web content management system
