Graham Truck Centers is seeking a billing clerk for our Sherman, Texas location. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:00-5:00. Graham Truck Centers is a commercial tire and repair location. We perform services in shop and roadside around the clock. Techs fill out paper repair orders that eventually need to be entered into the business system. Position will also require someone that can learn to bill tire national accounts using multiple web-based platforms in addition to our system. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and contacting customers by phone and email are required daily.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to follow instructions carefully
• Cheerful attitude and commitment to be a team player
• Desire for organization in work spaces and processes
• Understanding of billing processes and procedures
• Ability to bill detailed invoices quickly and accurately
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Confidence to solve problems and diligence to follow through when issues arise
• Ability and willingness to learn national account tire billing and processes
• Flexibility to jump in where needed
• Honest, ethical, and mature in judgement and behavior
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in a service business setting and/or knowledge of the transportation industry preferred

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment is required. Compensation based on experience.
