The Patient Transport Associate plays a vital role in ensuring patients, family members, and guests receive safe and efficient transportation to their outpatient appointments. This position demands a courteous and compassionate approach to enhance the patient experience throughout the medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport patients using stretchers or wheelchairs as needed.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles, including managing their mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to care.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with valet staff and shuttle drivers to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
• Monitor and maintain the availability of transportation equipment; notify supervisors if inventory levels are low.
• Perform additional job-related duties as required to support the team.
