BrightStar Care - - Responsibilities: Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers; Accompany clients to grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits; Assist with active and passive mobility work as defined by the plan of care; Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
