Responsible for ensuring a comprehensive donor relations and alumni engagement program that builds strong connections with donors and alumni to support fundraising goals; oversees donor recognition and stewardship of gifts to the College; manages donor relations database and annual giving campaigns/societies, collaborates with central marketing and communications to develop tailored communications for multi-channel outreach and giving opportunities; administers annual scholarship award process/cycle.
Salary range: $20.69 to $31.04 per hour.

Essential functions and responsibilities include promoting, reviewing and administering Grayson College Foundation scholarship selection, developing and distributing the Annual Foundation Report, managing data coding processes in fund accounting, auditing, analyzing and implementing personalized stewardship and donor relations activities, managing specialized giving campaigns and related donor giving societies, and supporting the organization and execution of donor events.

Physical requirements include being typically sedentary with some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, and attending special events during some evenings and weekends. Work environment includes regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a typical office.
