Responsibilities: Lead Engagement and Relationship Building: • Proactively engage with warm leads provided by the marketing team. • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract. Pipeline Management: • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals using GoHighLevel CRM software. • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Follow up on all appointments and manage necessary follow-ups with potential sellers. • Maintain excellent time and calendar management to ensure all appointments and follow-ups are completed efficiently. Customer Service and Satisfaction: • Provide exceptional customer service to sellers throughout the sales process. Qualifications: • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, roofing, in-home sales, or similar fields. • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with sellers. • Excellent time and calendar management skills. • Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and close deals. • Proficient in using CRM systems to track interactions and manage the sales process (tools like GHL, Trello, and Discord). • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs • Full-time commitment with no other jobs or side hustles.
