Ace Hardware - - - Responsibilities: Engage customers to determine their needs and project product requirements (plants, tools, garden solutions).; Provide exceptional customer service by following the Five Foot Rule and maintaining a polite, friendly demeanor.; Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked garden center; unload deliveries and restock merchandise; support promotional displays.; Assist customers with large or heavy items and help with signage and promotional events.; Contribute to training of peers, participate in daily huddles, and support store initiatives while promoting the WOW process.
