Job Title: Production Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Maple Lake, MN
Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM-1:45 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you'll help produce quality plastic components and support a clean, modern facility with a stable team. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Operator:

• Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products
• Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers
• Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming
• Trim and assemble components into finished products
• Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas
• Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions in English
• Willingness to work in small spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
• No experience required - entry-level candidates welcome!
