As a Key Holder, you will be instrumental in providing customers with a piece of the American spirit, one handshake at a time.

KEY HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster a culture of service and sales, building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Become knowledgeable in our product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed measurable goals, focusing on metrics like units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
  • Stay informed on current promotions and merchandising standards.
  • Assist with processing merchandise and restocking the sales floor.
  • Complete sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accountability at the point of sale.
  • Work with the leadership team to identify opportunities for skill development and process improvement.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures in compliance with company standards.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and company policies and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores, as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
