Your Role as a Dining Room Assistant:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile.
• Prepare your station for an efficient shift.
• Ensure silverware and condiments are ready on tables.
• Assist in refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables.
• Deliver hot food to guests promptly.
• Support Servers by assisting guests as needed.
• Comply with all food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in seating areas and floors.
• Communicate when tables are ready for new guests.
• Assist with breakdown tasks in the dish area.

What We Need from You:

• Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Capability to stand and move around the restaurant for 8 - 12 hour shifts.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
