Bartender Position

We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals who are dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, high-quality ingredients, and exemplary service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks in a professional and efficient manner. You will also ensure that the bar area is clean and organized, and work closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certifications:

  • TABC Certification for serving alcohol.
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred.
  • Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
