As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Ensure that all dishes and kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas as needed.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant as a dishwasher preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
