Altium Packaging - - Responsibilities: Lead packaging operations on the shift, coaching staff and ensuring safety and quality; Relieve the bagger and the palletizer operator on the shift; Operate and understand robot and complete changeovers; Help with quality when there are needs from the quality department and stand in for quality during the DMR; Designated as the Floater or lead packer on their shift, mentor new employees on safety and quality
