Key Responsibilities
1. Transition & Future Strategic Planning for Talent & Leadership Assessment
Centralize and standardize the assessment portfolio by leading the smooth transition from current vendors and internal teams, ensuring comprehensive handover of tools, data, and relationships. Provide clear guidance, accessible resources and consistent communication to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience for all internal customers and end-users. In partnership with the external consultant support the strategic reviews of assessment methodologies and vendors to recommend best-in-class solutions that support differentiated approaches for development and succession planning aligned with enterprise talent priorities.
2. Coaching Program Standardization & Infrastructure
Review and optimize executive coaching practices, vendors, and processes to enhance effectiveness and cost-efficiency. In partnership with the external consultant support manage vendor selection and onboarding (following full RFP), develop clear coaching guidelines, and establish a centralized coaching platform to provide accessible resources and support global coaching needs.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all assessment & coaching activities comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies by reviewing vendor practices, collaborating with legal teams, and updating contracts and procurement processes to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. Governance is an ongoing critical aspect of this role in terms of access, visibility and data that is available and to which audience for which purpose.
5. Data & Reporting Framework
Define and implement a data strategy and reporting framework that captures key performance indicators and supports informed decision-making. Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights on assessment & coaching outcomes, with plans for ongoing refinement.
6.Spend Management, and ROI Measurement
Establish processes to track assessment & coaching usage and spend globally, ensuring consistency and transparency. Design evaluation frameworks to measure assessment impact & coaching effectiveness in terms of ROI, and collaborate with Commercial teams to improve financial oversight and budgeting for coaching and assessment services.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years+ of experience in leadership development, talent management, or succession planning, preferably in large, complex organizations.
- Experience working with assessment & coaching tools for senior leaders, high-potential or executive-level talent.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven reporting and KPI tracking.
- Experience with vendor management, RFP processes, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) and risk management in P&O/Talent contexts.
- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: - Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
- Certification in leadership psychometrics and/or assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI) or executive coaching credentials.

Works collaboratively with business leaders, P&O/Talent partners, and external vendors to drive shared objectives and maximize program effectiveness.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
