Job: Senior Project Manager
Location: on-site 3 days per week in Philadelphia, PA
Duration: contract to hire (eligible to convert to perm after 90 days on contract)

We are seeking a confident Project Manager with powerful interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate effectively with Independence Executive Leaders as well as other team members.

Candidate must be resourceful, proactive, extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, ask intelligent project necessary questions that can prompt discussions towards the project goals and completion. Experience in working across many different business areas and stakeholders. Be a very good listener and understand the needs of the project owner.

Excellent communication skills are required and will be analyzed. Strong Project Management scheduling skills and financial forecasting skills are required in addition to the other PM Competencies listed below.

Required:

• 7+ years of project management experience
• PMO experience - must have managed projects within a PMO.
• Healthcare background
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tool
• Monthly project financial forecasting experience
