What You'll Do

• Drive the Workflow - Support internal coordination, bridging the gap between design, estimating, and field operations to keep the project breathing.
• Master the Details - Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation with surgical precision, ensuring zero lag time in execution.
• Uphold the Standard - Ensure every site follows the strictest infection prevention and safety protocols. In healthcare, "good enough" isn't an option.
• Financial Gatekeeping - Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and change order management to ensure the project remains profitable and lean.
• Be the Connector - Act as a secondary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, building the relationships that define our reputation.

What You Bring

• Foundational Experience - 2-5 years in construction project engineering
• Hunger for Growth - A "no-task-too-small, no-challenge-too-big" attitude.
• Technical Edge - Procore expertise and Microsoft Project scheduling skills are highly preferred. If you aren't a power user yet, we will get you up to speed if you have the aptitude to learn.
