Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Technician for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance using basic hand and power tools
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Pay & Schedule

• Annualized Pay Range: Approximately $45,600 - $52,000+ per year, based on a $21.94 hourly rate, full-time schedule, and potential overtime
• Overtime opportunities available as business needs require
• Must be willing and able to work any shift

• Required Qualifications
• Minimum two (2) years of production or manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Stable work history and strong attendance record
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, inclusive environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and job-related skills assessment
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a lawful, job-related background screening, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating and maintaining automated equipment
• Familiarity with computer systems and product distribution systems
• Strong technical aptitude, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with liquid processing and/or packaging operations Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers for equipment maintenance and replacement
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Work both indoors and outdoors in seasonal temperature and humidity conditions
• Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, respiratory protection, and safety shoes
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and wear sanitary protective clothing such as coveralls, hairnets, and beard covers

Work Schedule (Easy to Understand)Option 1: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Available on Days or Nights

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

How it works:

• Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
• Next week: off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days
• Then it repeats

Option 2: Monday-Friday Night Shift (Set Schedule)

• Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Monday through Friday nights
• Weekends: OFF
