Title: Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.
• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee the preparation of reports for stakeholders and auditors.
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and ADP, for efficient financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial concepts and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide organizational planning.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work
