Summary

The Quality Analyst supports quality initiatives by performing data analysis, maintaining quality documentation, preparing reports, and working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with quality standards and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data to support quality initiatives
• Create, review, and maintain quality documentation in alignment with internal quality systems
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review
• Support training activities, including documentation, tracking, and coordination across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality expectations and process improvements
• Perform general quality assurance tasks as assigned

• 2-5 years of experience in a Quality, QA, or analytical role
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
