Job Description
New England Cancer Specialists (NECS), New England's largest private oncology practice is seeking a Patient Advocate Manager., This role will lead the day-to-day operations of the Patient Financial Advocate Team across all NECS locations in Maine and Sea Coast New Hampshire. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of patient advocate experience, extensive knowledge of insurance and experience working with grants, co-pay assistance programs, and pharmaceutical drug programs. A minimum of 2 years experience in direct staff supervision including training, coaching, performance evaluations, and mentorship. As the subject matter point of contact for the practice, the candidate will have experience with multi-department collaboration and communication.
This position is a hybrid position with the successful candidate having the ability to work on-site at any of our locations and the ability to work remotely from home is required.
