Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Punch Press Operator for a company in Denison, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch press machinery to manufacture parts according to production schedules and specifications.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and placement for accurate punching operations.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job instructions.
• Report production issues, quality concerns, and equipment malfunctions to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team goals.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or operating press/machine tools is a plus.
• Good mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read basic production documents and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely operate manufacturing machinery.
