The ideal person for this role will produce high quality, precise work using established processes and procedures. The Rewards Specialist is responsible for processing daily digital rewards redemptions via email and Astro submission as well as physical coupons, vouchers, frequent buyer cards, and consumer return forms from all Distribution Center locations.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
• 4 days in office, 1 day work from home per week

What you'll be doing:

• Quickly and efficiently sort physical forms in preparation for processing or scanning to create digital backup documentation and accurately key specific fields in the Digital File Manager program
• Process invoices for coupons, frequent buyer, consumer returns, and employee feed credits by brand and customer via data entry from physical or digital backup documentation
• Process Astro submissions, troubleshoot dropped lines, and review batch credits
• Communicate daily with retailers, vendors, and interdepartmentally, primarily via email and occasionally over the phone, to problem solve and support all forms of Rewards processing
• High data entry focus with the ability to understand and execute vendor guidelines, coupon discrepancies and identify fraudulent submissions using supporting documentation

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior data entry experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
