Job Title

This individual will manage incoming web form submissions received through a shared Outlook inbox. These submissions originate from supplier customers and contain potential lead information. The individual will review each web form, enter or update the corresponding data in Salesforce, and ensure the lead is routed or sent to the appropriate AvidXchange point of contact (POC) for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor a shared Outlook inbox for incoming supplier web form submissions.
• Review and validate the information provided in each form.
• Enter the lead data into Salesforce, creating new records or updating existing ones as needed.
• Assign or forward each lead to the correct AvidXchange POC based on established routing rules.
• Communicate any discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in Salesforce data entry.
