Responsibilities for Forward Deployment Engineer include but are not limited to:

• Work with customers to design and deploy AI agents.

• Build tools to improve AI features (like tuning large language models and deploying them in real-world systems).

• Make sure the AI solutions work smoothly and give a great user experience.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and customers to solve problems quickly.

• Integrate conversational AI into systems and make it work well with other tools.

• Sometimes be on-call to support systems (rotational basis).

• Minimal travel required.

Candidates for Forward Deployment Engineer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• A degree in Computer Science or similar field.

• At least 2+ years of coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (like ChatGPT or similar) and AI agents in production.

• Good communication skills and comfortable talking to customers.

• Experience with REST APIs and some knowledge of cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must pass a credit background check.

Pay Details: $61.28 per hour
