2. Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) A) Deploy Aftermarket Stock Plan an forecast Strategy for SUS Execute and adapt the overall aftermarket stock plan strategy within the SUS perimeter, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market/customer demands. B) Customize our Forecasting Tools and KPIs Adapt and refine demand forecasting tools and key performance indicators to meet the specific requirements and operational particularities of the SUS domain. C) Participate to Local Optimization of forecast and Processes Analyze historical sales data at the part number level to generate accurate forecasts, enabling anticipation of customer orders and proactive inventory availability D) Customer inputs Analysis ("Customer Listening") Collaborate closely with the program team and customers to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and expectations, integrating this feedback into the demand forecasting process. E) Life Cycles and Items evolution tracking Work with the aftermarket product support engineering team to define technical forecasts based on program developments, technical modifications, and product lifecycle stages. F) Forecast Consolidation and ERP Integration Consolidate forecasts from multiple sources (historical sales, customer listening, technical analysis) by part number, quantity, and required dates, and ensure accurate loading into the ERP system. G) Supply Capacity Alignment Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to assess and confirm supply chain capacity and capability to meet forecasted demand. H) Aggregate Demand Analysis Calculate forecasts by commodity group to provide a comprehensive view, complementing part-level forecasts. I) Forecast Performance Measurement Measure and monitor the accuracy, coverage, and stability of demand forecasts, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative metrics. J) Customer Satisfaction: Assess the impact of forecast accuracy on customer on-time delivery and overall satisfaction. K) Inventory Management: Monitor consequences of demand planning on inventory, including assessing residual stock and related costs. L) Participation to S&OP and Demand Processes Actively participate in local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to synchronize demand plans with broader business objectives. M) Cross-functional Collaboration Engage with all aftermarket teams (sales, program management, planning, engineering, front and back office, marketing) to continuously improve the quality and reliability of demand forecasts. N) Other Duties as Assigned.Job Requirements3. Qualification Requirements A. Education & Qualification- • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain related field or a minimum of 6 years in Supply Chain/Demand Management. B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge- • Additionally, 6 years' experience in Supply Chain / Demand management • English - fluent • ERP M3 or similar • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) • BI Basic Knowledge (Hyperion/Birst) C. Professional Skills- • Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment. • Ability to read and review written communication. • Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English. D.
