Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operation: Arrive on time to ensure timely project completion; Maintain cleanliness of landscape areas before mowing; Remove weeds and debris from sidewalks and garden beds; Communicate any property damage to the Foreman; Assist in loading and unloading equipment.
• Client Relations: Maintain professionalism and courtesy; Wear a clean uniform at all times; Be prepared to answer client questions; Use the appropriate equipment for various tasks.
• Equipment Use: Complete required training and become certified on essential equipment (mowers, blowers, edgers, etc.); Perform regular maintenance and service on tools; Master proper loading and unloading procedures for equipment.
• Safety: Participate in company orientation and safety training; Adhere to all safety policies; Attend safety meetings; Use safety equipment when needed.

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Work comfortably in various outdoor conditions, including wet or humid environments.
