A Respected mid size law firm is seeking an Oil and Gas Title Opinion/Transations Attorney to join their fully remote team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who can independently draft oil and gas title opinions - particularly in Texas region.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ Years of oil and gas transactional experience
• Srong background with title opinions
• Experience with JOAs, PSAs and other E&P transactional documents
• Candidates with Big Law or In House experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must have oil and gas experience in Texas
• Can be barred anywhere
