Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Our law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in the San Fran area with pay starting at 180K. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of insurance defense cases and providing expert legal counsel to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to strategize and achieve favorable outcomes
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
