Lead SAP ABAP Developer

Job Description: The resource will manage an ABAP Development Team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, plus provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and multiple third-party systems.

• Eight years' experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a development team of 10 to 15 resources.
• Eight years' experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP OO (Object Oriented) programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three full life cycle projects in the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Four years' experience working in an SAP Public Sector [IS-PS] client operational system.
• Two years' experience in training and mentoring Public Sector employees from entry level and above.
