Power BI / Reporting Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Reporting Lead with a unique blend of functional leadership and technical expertise in Power BI to drive the unification and modernization of our reporting landscape. This role will be pivotal in integrating AI tools and delivering actionable insights across a user base of 30,000+ potential Gen AI users.

Skills/Experience

• 8+ Power BI (Advanced) - Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, performance optimization
• 2+ AI Tool Integration - Experience with tools like Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and other Gen AI platforms
• 3+ Data Strategy & Governance - Ability to unify disparate reporting sources (out-of-box, custom, vendor)
• 8+ Stakeholder Engagement - Strong communication and business analysis skills to gather requirements and deliver insights
• 6+ Functional Leadership - Ability to lead reporting initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and drive reporting strategy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting strategy across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with AI adoption goals
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that consolidate data from various sources including out-of-box tools, custom solutions, and vendor platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, proactively propose solutions, and deliver independently
• Integrate and manage reporting outputs and metrics from Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and other AI tools
• Track and report on AI Adoption metrics, including tool overlaps, usage trends, and consolidated user counts
• Drive data standardization and governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports
• Provide functional leadership to reporting teams, guiding best practices and ensuring delivery excellence
