Admissions Specialist (Inbound)

Pay: $20.75/hour · Contract‑to‑Hire

Location: Remote with 1 day in office a month in Englewood, CO

Schedule after training: 9:30am–6:00pm or 11:00am–7:30pm (Mon–Fri) - Must be available for both

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals to schedule patients and manage intake

• Build relationships across hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and internal teams

What you'll bring

• 6+ months healthcare administrative experience (front desk, scheduling, prior auth, insurance verification, etc.)

• Consistent, reliable work tenure; HS diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
