Seeking Veterinary Full-Time Receptionist for Ophthalmology Practice

Animal Eye Medical & Surgical Specialists (AEMSS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time experienced receptionist. AEMSS is a referral practice located in Katy, Texas, just off of Westpark Tollway and the Grand Parkway. At AEMSS we understand the bond between clients and their pets. We have a board-certified specialist and a staff that share the goal of providing the most advanced and affordable eye care possible.

We are looking for:

• An individual who enjoys interacting with clients and staff

• An individual who can communicate tactfully and effectively in stressful or emergent situations

Requirements:

• Must be well spoken

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in the reception area

• Must maintain a professional appearance

• Must be able to clearly communicate with clients, doctors, and staff

• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions

• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude

• Must be familiar with scheduling, taking payments and posting an end of day.

• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8-5

Accrued vacation and sick hours upon completion of 3-month probationary period
