Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Prepare apartments for move-in (turnovers), including painting, cleaning, and repairs
• Ensure all work complies with safety and building codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean and safe condition

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in apartment or residential maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
