What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a yard loader to move and load bulk materials.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.

• Assist in loading and unloading operations for railcars and trucks.

• Keep work areas clean and organized to support safety protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth material flow.

What Are We Looking For

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in industrial or outdoor settings.

• Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to recognize hazards.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team.

• Comfortable in fast-paced and physically demanding work environments.

• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and operational checks.

Conditions of Employment

• Candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screening, and background check.

• Must comply with company and regulatory safety standards.

Work Environment

• Work primarily occurs in settings with moving mechanical equipment, variable weather, and elevated noise levels.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to sit and operate heavy equipment for extended durations.

• Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Manual dexterity to operate machinery controls and perform inspections.

• Visual and auditory skills to navigate safely in active work zones.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
