What You'll Be Doing
Safely and efficiently operate a yard loader to move and load bulk materials.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Assist in loading and unloading operations for railcars and trucks.
Keep work areas clean and organized to support safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth material flow.
What Are We Looking For
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in industrial or outdoor settings.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to recognize hazards.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team.
Comfortable in fast-paced and physically demanding work environments.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and operational checks.
Conditions of Employment
Candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
Must comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
Work Environment
Work primarily occurs in settings with moving mechanical equipment, variable weather, and elevated noise levels.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to sit and operate heavy equipment for extended durations.
Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity to operate machinery controls and perform inspections.
Visual and auditory skills to navigate safely in active work zones.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
