REMOTE Account Manager (Green, Eco-Friendly, Packaging Company)

Location: REMOTE - United States
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE: $120K+)

Our client in the eco-responsible packaging industry is looking for an Account Manager to add to their mission-driven team in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales and revenue growth for green, eco-friendly packaging solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Act as an ambassador for the companys mission and values
2. Advocate for sustainable practices
3. Raise awareness about the importance of eco-friendly packaging
4. Develop and execute sales strategies
5. Conduct outbound prospecting
6. Prepare and present sales proposals
7. Achieve revenue targets and increase market share for packaging solutions
8. Organize and track client account information in CRM database
9. Meet assigned quarterly and annual sales goals
10. Travel to client sites to perform demos or nurturing activities
11. Collaborate with marketing and client services team on go-to-market strategies

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree required
2. 2+ years of B2B Sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets required
3. Experience selling into the restaurant industry required
4. CRM experience required
5. Passion for environmental sustainability and green initiatives required
6. Must be willing to travel up to 25% domestically
