Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing at least 30 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. Base pay ranges vary by location: Bay Area and Southern California $28.80 – $36.50, Colorado $27.50 – $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50, Illinois $27.50 – $34.80, Maryland $27.50 – $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50, New York $28.80 – $36.50, Ohio $24.80 – $30.30, Vermont $27.50 – $34.80, Washington $28.80 – $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50. The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
