Maintenance Tech 2nd shift

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4•10s), overtime as needed

Pay: $28 + DOE/hour starting wage
Essential Duties

• Maintain, repair, and improve machinery used in industrial wire and metal product manufacturing
  
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  
• Replace worn or damaged components such as cylinders, valves, actuators, switches, bearings, and relays
  
• Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability
  
• Perform shop maintenance including dies, guides, electrodes, and cylinders
  
• Follow established preventive maintenance schedules
  
• Document work performed and communicate equipment status to supervisors
  
• Adhere to all workplace safety rules and OSHA standards
  
• Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; technical school training preferred
  
• 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude
  
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
  
• Ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
  
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and equipment documentation
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and repetitive movement for the entire shift
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery
