Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
* Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role.
* Always wears the proper PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines.
* Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate.
* Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
* Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
* Sets and moves steel rings when instructed and as necessary.
* Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
* Follows the manufacturing process based on the production line (pipes or boxes).
* Assists with the concrete finishing duties, when necessary, as repairing and patching concrete pipes and boxes.
* Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team.
EDUCATION
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
* Experience in construction or manufacturing desired
5am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and select Saturdays.
