Overview

Senior Marketing Operations Manager (US-remote) at Staffbase. This role is remote based for EST time zone only. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will join the growing Marketing team in North America and help run marketing globally by supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect marketing efforts to revenue. You will work hands-on with our marketing tech stack, drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes.

What You'll Do
  • Support the day-to-day management of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
  • Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
  • Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
  • Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
  • Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or Demandbase)
  • Some experience using Tableau
  • An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
  • A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, simple language
  • Comfort working with data, platforms, and process documentation
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
