As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development. What Youll Bring (Requirements):A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Familiarity with a POS system and Serv. Safe certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You're ready to learn all the meat cuts.
