• This role involves detailed tax analysis, resolving tax notices, managing filings, and supporting employees with payroll tax queries.
• The candidate must have strong analytical and Excel skills and prior experience working in a payroll tax environment.

• Hands-on experience with W2/941 reconciliation.
• Proven experience in an analytical function.
• Strong understanding of North XX payroll tax research, processing, and compliance.
• Experience resolving tax notices with ADP.
• Skilled in preparing North XX payroll tax audit documentation.
• Multi-state payroll tax experience required.
• Experience researching liens and offsets resolutions for federal, state, and local agencies.
• Experience with quarter-end and year-end reconciliations.

• Perform quarter-end and year-end audits, final validations, and filings.
• Proven US payroll tax expertise, including fixing payroll errors, reviewing and analyzing W2s, and completing W2Cs.
• Register for withholding and unemployment accounts with state and local agencies.
• Respond to employee W4 requests and tax-related queries via email, calls, or messaging platforms.
• Resolve US payroll tax correction errors promptly.
• Support testing of new tax forms and platform implementations.
• Participate in projects and process improvements as assigned.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance and accuracy in all payroll tax functions.
