Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Celina, TX for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will manage the company's social media platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, and create engaging content to elevate brand presence. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and engaging with the online community, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Your passion for social media trends and innovation will play a critical role in building brand awareness and connecting with our audience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to engage and grow audiences effectively.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and boost organic reach.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey brand messages and interact with online audiences.
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms, including analytics and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze data for performance tracking and implement improvements based on metrics.
• Creative mindset with the capability to adapt content to various social media platforms and trends.
• Previous experience in the beauty or haircare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
