Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Medical Assistant position for a Texoma area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in the Texoma area that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Work the front window and greet patients as they arrive
• Check in patients and schedule appointments
• Pull charts for the next day and prepare records for new patients
• Assist with front office tasks, including checking out patients
• File and organize patient charts
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Utilize E-Clinical software for record management
• Operate computers, phones, and office equipment

• A great personality with the ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure
• Thick-skinned and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of E-Clinical software is a plus
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
