We're seeking a Director of Treasury to join our growing team.

The Director of Treasury will lead all aspects of enterprise banking, merchant, and cash management operations. This role is responsible for optimizing cash flow, strengthening liquidity, and developing a scalable treasury infrastructure to support the company's national footprint and continued growth .

How you'll make us better:

  • Oversee all corporate banking relationships, including daily cash operations, account structures, and authorized signatories
  • Manage bank fee analysis, account rationalization, and service optimization to ensure cost-effective cash management
  • Maintain oversight of lockbox, ACH, and credit card settlement structures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of cash postings
  • Lead the treasury component of debt facilities, including compliance reporting, borrowing base management, and liquidity optimization
  • Direct merchant service partnerships and monitor transaction processing, fees, and settlement timing across all payment channels
  • Partner with Patient Financial Solutions and Revenue Cycle to optimize payment acceptance methods (credit card, ACH, financing partners, etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance cash application automation and payment reconciliation efficiency
  • Lead initiatives to reduce payment friction for patients and improve cash conversion metrics
  • Build and maintain an enterprise-level 13-week cash flow forecasting model integrating patient collections, vendor disbursements, debt service, and capital expenditure plans
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to align short-term cash forecasts with long-term strategic financial plans
  • Monitor key working capital metrics (DSO, DPO, inventory turns) and identify actionable improvements
  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, internal controls, and approval workflows consistent with SOX readiness and audit standards
  • Lead or support treasury system implementations (e.g., Workday Financials, treasury workstations, bank portals)
  • Serve as the key liaison with external auditors, banks, and payment partners on treasury-related matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present financial insights and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences

Prerequisites for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Eight (8) years of progressive treasury or finance experience required; multi-location healthcare or retail environments preferred
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience required
  • CTP certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and financial systems such as Intacct, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or G Treasury
  • Comprehensive knowledge of syndicated debt, interest management, and liquidity optimization strategies
  • Established expertise in banking relationship management, cash forecasting, and merchant payment operations.
