Hiring: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Multiple Sclerosis, South East Regions (ideally located in Texas)
A fast-growing organization focused on advancing solutions for neurodegenerative diseases is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with deep expertise in Multiple Sclerosis and strong relationships in the neurology community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships with MS-focused KOLs and clinical leaders
• Provide balanced scientific exchange and deliver high-quality clinical presentations
• Partner with academic centers and contribute to publications, abstracts, and data dissemination
• Support commercial teams with scientific education and training
• Drive Medical Affairs strategies, advisory boards, and field insights
• Attend key medical conferences and represent the organization in scientific forums
• Support evidence generation, outcomes research, and clinical/registry initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align medical strategy with market needs
• Document all field activities and insights in a timely, organized manner
Requirements:
• Advanced scientific/medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA)
• Neurology experience required; strong MS community relationships highly preferred
• Proven experience engaging KOLs and leading scientific discussions
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• High ethical standards and patient-focused orientation
• Ability to travel ~50%
