Job Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and record rail and truck loads using scale systems and software
• Communicate with drivers, terminal operators, and dispatch to ensure efficient flow of materials
• Maintain organized records and documentation for shipments and inventory
• Monitor and report discrepancies in weights, loads, or documentation
• Support terminal operations with administrative tasks and data entry

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay $20.00 per hour DOE
